Every order you place earns you points: for every €1 spent, you earn 1 point.

The points you earn are credited to your loyalty points balance once your order has been delivered. Until then, your points will have the status pending.

When you reach x loyalty points, your points are automatically converted into a store credit worth x, valid for one month and redeemable online or in-store.

A confirmation email is sent to you each time your points are converted into store credit.

In the event of a refund, the same process applies: the number of loyalty points deducted from your balance will correspond to the amount refunded in euros. Your balance may therefore appear negative.

In-store, once a store credit has been created, you will be given a store credit receipt.

Every euro you spend is rewarded, with no hassle and no additional loyalty card required. Your points are automatically accumulated and regularly converted into store credit.

Using your store credit online couldn't be easier. Shop as usual and go to your Cart to place your order.

At step 4 of the checkout process, if you have any available store credit, it will be displayed along with information about how it can be used.

Select your available store credits one by one to deduct their value from your order total. You can change your selection at any time by removing a store credit from your payment.

If the total value of your store credits covers the full amount of your order, complete your purchase by clicking the "Pay with my store credit" button. Otherwise, simply pay the remaining balance using the payment method of your choice.

In-store, simply present your store credit receipt to have it applied to your purchase total.

All your store credits are listed in your account under the Store Credit menu.

All your store credits are available and can be used during the payment step of your order.

You won't miss an expiry date: reminder emails are sent at three different intervals before your store credits expire.
